Class I HDAC inhibitor

Functions

Potent inhibitor of Class I HDACs (IC₅₀’s: HDAC1 = 95 nM, HDAC2 = 160 nM, HDAC3 = 67 nM, HDAC 8 = 733 nM; also inhibits HDAC10, 78 nM). It increased the efficacy and persistence of CAR-T cells. Tucidinostat displayed efficacy against multiple types of cancer.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to at least 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
