Allosteric LIM kinase inhibitor

Functions

Potent (IC₅₀’s = 238 nM (LIMK1) and 91 nM (LIMK2)) and highly selective (no off-targets against 468 kinases) allosteric inhibitor of LIM kinase 1/2. It inhibited neurite outgrowth in N1E-115 cells in a dose-dependent manner.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
