Applications
mTOR(mammalian target of rapamycin) inhibitor
Functions
Analog of rapamycin with similar inhibition of mTOR. Inhibited human rhabdomyosarcoma xenograft growth and angiogenesis. Caused G1/S cell cycle arrest in liver cancer cells.
Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 100 mg/ml) or Ethanol (100 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or Ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 day.
