Functions

Induces differentiated myogenic-lineage-committed cells to become multipotent mesenchymal progenitor cells. Acts as a selective human A3 adenosine receptor antagonist (Ki = 0.66 µM). Cell permeable.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 7 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months
