Functions

Olutasidenib is a potent (IC₅₀’s cell-based IDH1 mutants: HCT116-R132H = 21 nM; HCT116-IDH-R132C = 94 nM; U87MG-R132L = 42 nM; U87MG-R132G = 6 nM; U87MG-R132S = 9 nM) and CNS-penetrant mutant isocitrate dehydrogenase 1 inhibitor. It induced durable and complete remissions in relapsed or refractory IDH1 mutated acute myeloid leukemia.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (> 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 month.
