MLS-532223 is a high-affinity selective inhibitor of Rho family GTPases (EC50=10 μM). It inhibits EGF-stimulated Rac1 activation (3-10 μM).  Cell permeable.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 20 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20° for up to 2 months.
