Selective inhibitor of TAM kinases

Functions

Potent and selective inhibitor of the TAM kinases Tyro3, Axl, and Mer (IC₅₀s respectively: 8 nM, <5 nM, 29 nM). It was able to activate the innate immune system and enhance NK killer cell activity to kill cancer metastases in vivo.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
