Applications

Dual A2AR/A2BR antagonist

Functions

A potent dual adenosine receptor antagonist (Ki: A2AR = 1.5 nM; A2BR = 2.0 nM).  It blocked immunosuppressive signaling and increased cytokine secretion and proliferation in CAR T cells. Etrumadenant acted syntergistically with epirubicin and a nanomedicine formulation to reverse adenosine-mediated immunosuppression in a triple negative breast cancer model.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to at least 50 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
