Aquaporin-1 inhibitor (IC50 = 8.1 μM) discovered by molecular docking against the extracellular domain of human aquaporin-1 followed by experimental testing in a Xenopus oocyte swelling assay.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
