Description: The DYKDDDDK-Tag, also known as the FLAG tag, is a short peptide sequence used for protein tagging and purification. It consists of eight amino acids: DYKDDDDK, and is designed for immunopurification chromatography. The DYKDDDDK-Tag can be used in various expression systems and can be applied as a single peptide or in tandem repeats to enhance epitope recognition .
