Description
InVivo Anti-Mouse Cluster of Differentiation 137 (CD137) Antibody is an agonistic 4-1BB antibody that enhances T-cell–mediated immunity. It promotes CD8⁺ T-cell activation and proliferation, boosts IFN-γ–dependent cytotoxicity, and activates NK cells and Th1 responses. In vivo, it effectively inhibits tumor growth, increases CD8⁺ T-cell infiltration, and prolongs survival in tumor-bearing mice. Its antitumor activity is CD8⁺ T-cell–dependent and supports the development of long-lasting immune memory.
