Description
Tribio in vivo Anti‑Human LGR5/GPR49 is a mouse‑derived monoclonal antibody (IgG2a, κ) specifically raised against the human LGR5/GPR49 G‑protein‑coupled receptor and produced by protein A/G affinity purification from hybridoma or culture supernatant. LGR5 is a marker of adult stem cells and plays a critical role in tissue regeneration, and stem cell maintenance, making this antibody highly relevant in stem cell biology, intestinal and colon research, and cancer studies, including colorectal cancer and other LGR5-expressing tumors.
