Description
Tribioscience in vivo Anti-Human HTRA1/PRSS11 antibody is a highly specific monoclonal antibody designed to detect and block human HTRA1 protein, suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications. HTRA1, a serine protease, is involved in extracellular matrix degradation, TGF-β signaling regulation, and maintenance of cellular homeostasis. This antibody is widely used in research on age-related macular degeneration, degenerative joint diseases, inflammatory disorders, cancer, and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, enabling analysis of protein expression and exploration of its molecular mechanisms in disease development.
