Description
Tribioscience in vivo Anti-Human HBEGF antibody is a human IgG1, kappa monoclonal antibody specifically targeting HBEGF (Heparin-binding EGF-like growth factor), also known as DTR, DT-R, DTS, HEGFL, or Proheparin-binding EGF-like growth factor. This antibody is validated for applications including ELISA, flow cytometry (FCM), and neutralization assays, making it a versatile tool for both detection and functional studies. PC-3 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human HBEGF antibody monoclonal antibody (Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a FITC conjugated goat anti-human antibody and cells analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.

HBEGF Transfected SF9 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human HBEGF antibody monoclonal antibody (Green Histogram) at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT.
