Description
Tribioscience in vivo Anti-Human APOE2/3/4 Antibody is a high-specificity monoclonal antibody developed for research use, capable of simultaneously recognizing all three major human apolipoprotein E isoforms (APOE2, APOE3, and APOE4). Its ability to detect multiple APOE isoforms makes it suitable for quantitative analysis of total APOE expression as well as cross-isoform functional studies. This antibody is particularly valuable for research on lipid metabolism, neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer’s disease, and related neurobiological mechanisms.

HepG2 cells were stained with an irrelevant antibody (Blue Histogram) or an anti-human APOE monoclonal antibody at a concentration of 5 µg/ml for 30 mins at RT. After washing, bound antibody was detected using a Goat Anti-Mouse IgG H&L Polyclonal Antibody, FITC and cells analyzed on a NovoCyte Flow Cytometer.
