Description
Description: CD64 is a 72 kDa type I transmembrane glycoprotein that binds the Fc region of IgG antibodies with high affinity. It is constitutively expressed on monocytes, macrophages, and dendritic cells, and its expression can be upregulated on neutrophils and other granulocytes by cytokines like interferon-gamma (IFN-γ) and granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF)
