Description
Description: CD32, also known as FcγRII, is a low-affinity receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulin G (IgG). It is expressed on various immune cells, including B cells, natural killer (NK) cells, macrophages, and neutrophils. CD32 plays a crucial role in the regulation of immune responses, including antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) and phagocytosis.
