Carbonic anhydrase IX/XII inhibitor

Functions

Potent inhibitor of carbonic anhydrases IX and XII (Ki = 45 nM IX; 4.5 nM XII). Active in multiple cancer models and has displayed synergism with conventional chemotherapy. SLC-0111 upregulated CD8+ T cells in murine pancreatic cancer models and improved responses to immune checkpoint inhibitors.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to at least 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
