Description
TBS5003-2 contains CaCl2 and MgCl2 which are required for cell-cell and cell-substrate adhesion. It maintains the structural and physiological integrity of cells than the DPBS without Calcium and Magnesium. DPBS buffer, with calcium and magnesium, is a ready-to-use buffer solution in sterile and filtered conditions.
Applications:
- This product is used for cell culture, immunohistochemical detection, ELISA, Western Blot, protein isolation, flow cytometric, and in situ hybridization procedures.
- The PBS buffer is ready to use. It does not need any dilution.
