PRC2 methyltransferase inhibitor

 

Functions

Potent and selective allosteric inhibitor (IC50 = 23.4 nM) of the EED subunit of the methyltransferase polycomb repressive complex 2 (PRC2). Strongly inhibits proliferation of lymphoma cells with EZH2 mutations and causes shrinkage and slower tumor growth in mice in a subcutaneous xenograft model of Karpas422.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20° for up to 1 month.
