Description
NSCLC Focused Lung Cancer NGS Panel – Primer Pools is designed for targeted amplification of NSCLC-associated mutations across eight genes: EGFR, KRAS, BRAF, NRAS, PIK3CA, PDGFRA, KIT, and ALK.
The panel features an optimized two-pool design with 26 primer pairs per pool and an overlapping primer-tiling strategy designed to support sensitive and specific mutation detection.
Compatible with Illumina and Ion Torrent NGS platforms when used with the appropriate DNA library preparation reagents.
