This 1X PBS solution can be used for diluting liposomes or as an in vivo control
Specifications
Solution: sodium phosphate buffered saline (20mM sodium PO4, 0.9wt% NaCl, pH 7.3-7.5)
Volume: 45-50mL (in 50mL centrifuge tubes)
Sterility: sterile filtered (0.2um)
Storage and Stability: stable for 6 months for unopened bottles stored in refrigerator (2-8 degree C). Use within 1 month after first use.
