Description
Kanamycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic commonly used in molecular biology to select cells that have been successfully transformed with a plasmid containing a kanamycin resistance gene. It works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, which is lethal to most bacteria.

Applications of Kanamycin Solution
