Description
Tribo Human ES and iPS Complete Cell Medium is a chemically defined, feeder-free, animal component-free culture medium for human embryonic stem (ES) cells and human induced pluripotent stem (iPS) cells. This medium is formulated and optimized in our iPS cell system. It contains an essential set of the components required for the maintenance of human ES and iPS cells, providing a simpler medium for the culture of pluripotent stem cells. This medium can be used with Corning® Matrigel® hESC-Qualified Matrix as the culture matrix. The medium is a complete medium, which can be directly used in a culture assay using human pluripotent stem cells.
Applications:
Suitable for the growth and maintenance of human ES and iPS cells.
