Description
TribioScience’s Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) is a basal cell culture medium developed to support the growth and maintenance of a broad range of mammalian cell types. DMEM provides a rich nutrient profile, with higher concentrations of amino acids and vitamins compared to Eagle’s Minimal Essential Medium (EMEM) and is designed to be supplemented with Fetal Bovine Serum (FBS) or other appropriate supplements.
The medium is modified without glucose, L-glutamine, HEPES, phenol red, and sodium pyruvate, and with sodium bicarbonate.

Culture of primary cells and cell lines, including:
