Description
Trehalose dihydrate is a non-reducing disaccharide widely used in the formulation of biologic drugs as a stabilizing agent. It functions by protecting biomolecules such as proteins and antibodies from aggregation and degradation during manufacturing, purification, and storage. Due to its low bioburden and endotoxin levels, 10% Trehalose solution is especially suitable for biological applications.
