U-74389G is an antioxidant which prevents both arachidonic acid-induced and iron-dependent lipid peroxidation. It protects against IR injury in animal heart, liver, and kidney models.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMF (36.3 mg/ml), DMSO (35.3 mg/ml), or Ethanol (1.36 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMF, DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 month.
