Functions

Selective antagonist of the TRP cannonical 3 channel (TRPC3) which can function as a receptor-operated channel. A useful tool for dissecting GPCR-downstream signaling mechanisms. May be effective in reducing cardiac hypertrophy.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 40 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
