Prazosin is an antihypertensive drug that acts as an antagonist to the alpha1-adrenergic receptors. In CHO cells expressing alpha1A-, alpha1B-, or alpha1D-AR, Kis were 9.9 nM for each subtype.

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 1 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer.
