Applications

PRL-3 phosphatase inhibitor

 

Functions

Potent inhibitor of phosphatase of regenerating liver-3 (PRL-3), IC50=0.9 µM. Reduces the invasive properties of mouse melanoma B16F10 cells in a cellular model. Sensitizes PRL-3-expressing cancer cells to chemotherapeutics. Inhibits dephosphorylation of tyrosine-783 of integrin β1 in BGC823 and SW480 cells.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO up to 25 mg/ml, then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 2 months.
