STING agonist

Functions

Non-nucleotide-based orally available STING agonist. The active agent is a non-covalent dimer that forms in solution. It displays substantially higher potency in an acidified tumor microenvironment. It reversed anti-PD-1 therapy resistance in cervical cancer. MSA-2 displayed efficacy against clear cell renal cell carcinoma and enhanced natural killer cells against breast cancer stem cells.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to at least 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 3 months.
