Functions
GRL-0667 is a potent (IC50 = 320 nM) noncovalent inhibitor of severe acute respiratory syndrome-coronavirus papain-like protease (SARS-CoV PLpro). GRL-0667 inhibited SARS-CoV viral replication in Vero E6 cells with no cytotoxicity (EC50 = 9.1 µM).
Application Procedures
First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml) or Ethanol (up to 15 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 1 month.
