Functions

Inhibits steroid sulfatase (IC50=ca. 60 nM). Enhances learning and spatial memory in rats. Inhibits proliferation of human MCF-7 breast cancer cells.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO may be stored at -20°C for up to 2 months.
