Applications

EGFR and HER2 inhibitor

Functions

Second-generation irreversible inhibitor of mutant and wild-type EGFR (IC₅₀= 0.5 nM) and HER2 (IC₅₀ = 14 nM). Inhibits ErbB-4 (EC₅₀ = 1 nM), and at concentrations below 100 nM attenuates the proliferation of cancer cell lines driven by multiple ErbB receptor aberrations.

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 25 mg/ml) or in Ethanol (up to 25 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or ethanol may be stored at -20°C for up to 2 months.
