Description
Description: Tribio InVivoMAb Anti-Human EDB & CD3E Bispecific Antibody is a research bispecific antibody that targets the EDB (extra domain B of fibronectin) and CD3ε to redirect and activate T cells against EDB-expressing tumor vasculature and tumor stroma. It is mainly used in preclinical cancer immunotherapy studies to evaluate T-cell–engaging strategies against tumor microenvironments.
