Description
Description: Tribio ITGA4 & ITGB7 Bispecific Antibody is an engineered antibody that simultaneously targets ITGA4 and ITGB7, key integrin subunits involved in lymphocyte adhesion and trafficking. It is designed to modulate immune cell migration by interfering with integrin-mediated interactions with endothelial and mucosal tissues, thereby affecting leukocyte homing and inflammatory responses. This antibody is widely used in immunology research for studying lymphocyte trafficking, cell adhesion mechanisms, and immune regulation in inflammatory and autoimmune diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease and multiple sclerosis.
