Description: Tribio CDH3 & CD3E Bispecific Antibody is an engineered antibody that simultaneously binds CDH3 on tumor cells and CD3E on T cells. It works by physically bringing T cells into close proximity with CDH3-expressing cancer cells, leading to T cell activation and targeted immune-mediated killing of the tumor. This makes it a useful tool for cancer immunotherapy research, especially in studying solid tumors that overexpress CDH3, such as certain ovarian, breast, and gastric cancers. It is commonly used in in vitro functional assays, T cell–mediated cytotoxicity studies, and preclinical evaluation of bispecific antibody strategies.
