Description: Tribio CD137 & ERBB2 Bispecific Antibody is a modified antibody that simultaneously binds CD137 on immune cells and CD340 (HER2/ERBB2) on tumor cells. It is designed to bring T cells into close proximity with HER2-positive cancer cells while providing a costimulatory signal through CD137, thereby enhancing T cell activation and tumor cell killing. It is widely used in cancer immunotherapy research, especially for studying immune activation, T cell co-stimulation, and HER2-expressing solid tumors such as breast and gastric cancers.
