Description
Description: Tribio PROM1 & CD3E Bispecific Antibody is a modified antibody that binds CD133 on target cells and CD3E on T cells at the same time. It helps bring T cells into close contact with CD133-positive cancer stem-like cells, activating T cells to kill these tumor cells. This antibody is mainly used in cancer immunotherapy research, especially for studying tumor stem cell populations in glioblastoma, colorectal cancer, and other CD133-expressing tumors.
