Description: Trbio Anti-B7-H4 & CD3 Bispecific Antibody targets B7-H4 on tumor cells and CD3 on T cells to redirect and activate T-cell–mediated killing of B7-H4–expressing tumors. It is mainly used in preclinical cancer immunotherapy studies and tumor models to evaluate T-cell engager strategies against immune-evasive solid tumors.
