Description
Description: Trbio Anti-4-1BB & FAP Bispecific Antibody targets 4-1BB (CD137) and FAP (fibroblast activation protein) to selectively activate T cells within the tumor microenvironment while directing costimulatory signaling toward FAP-expressing tumor stroma. It is mainly used in preclinical cancer immunotherapy studies to evaluate localized immune activation and stromal-targeted T-cell co-stimulation strategies.
