Description
Description: The His-tag is an affinity tag widely used to facilitate the purification of recombinant proteins. It typically consists of 6-10 consecutive histidine residues and is introduced at the N- or C-termini of proteins. The tag allows for easy purification via immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC) .
