Description
InVivoMAb Anti-Human SOST Antibody is a monoclonal antibody that specifically targets human sclerostin (SOST), a glycoprotein predominantly expressed by osteocytes and a key negative regulator of bone formation. Sclerostin inhibits the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, thereby suppressing osteoblast activity and bone formation. By binding to sclerostin, this antibody neutralizes its biological function and modulates Wnt signaling.
