Description

Description: CD137, also known as 4-1BB, is a member of the tumor necrosis factor receptor (TNFR) superfamily. It is expressed on activated T cells, natural killer (NK) cells, dendritic cells, and other immune cells. CD137 plays a crucial role in the activation and survival of T cells and NK cells. It provides a co-stimulatory signal that enhances the proliferation, cytokine production, and cytotoxic activity of these cells.
