Description
Introduction
Dispersive SPE (dSPE), often referred to as the “QuEChERS” method (Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged, and Safe). It is a sample prep technique that has become popular in the areas of multi-residue pesticide analysis in food and agricultural products. It is used for the cleanup in the sample preparation process.
Tribioscience’s Fast Cleanup Dispersive SPE-CB contains a mixture of MgSO4, primary secondary amine (PSA), C18, and CB in a 2mL tube or 15mL tube.
Application
The Fast Cleanup SPE-C18 is used for the cleanup of the complicated matrix, including tea, herbs, cannabis, hemp, and other food samples for pesticide residue analysis in GC-MS, and LC-MS analysis processing. It is based on the methods of AOAC2007.01.
