Description

The FFPE-Direct DNA Library Prep Kit provides a streamlined solution for targeted NGS library preparation directly from FFPE tissue samples. The optimized workflow minimizes sample handling by eliminating routine deparaffinization, DNA extraction, and purification steps.

With approximately 10 minutes of hands-on time and a total workflow of approximately 3.5 hours, the kit enables efficient library preparation while helping reduce sample loss and unwanted nucleic acid artifacts.

The kit is designed for targeted DNA sequencing and is compatible with Ion Torrent sequencing platforms.
