Description
Tribio in vivo Anti-Human DKK1 Antibody is a mouse-derived monoclonal antibody (IgG2a, κ) that specifically binds human Dickkopf-related protein 1 (DKK1), a secreted antagonist of Wnt signaling. This antibody is validated for applications including ELISA and functional neutralization assays to detect or block DKK1 activity. DKK1 plays a key role in embryogenesis, tissue homeostasis, and the canonical Wnt/β-catenin pathway, regulating bone development and remodeling. Dysregulation of DKK1 is studied in research areas such as cancer biology, skeletal disorders, inflammatory diseases, immunology, and metabolic regulation. Elevated or abnormal DKK1 expression is associated with conditions including osteoporosis, other bone pathologies, multiple myeloma, metastatic cancers, rheumatoid arthritis, and cardiovascular inflammation, making it an important biomarker and potential therapeutic target.
