Description
InVivoMAb Anti-Human CD40 Antibody is a humanized, bispecific monoclonal antibody designed for cancer immunotherapy. It simultaneously targets CD40 and 4-1BB (CD137), enabling coordinated activation of antigen-presenting cells and T cells to enhance anti-tumor immune responses. By engaging in both pathways, this antibody is being explored for its ability to modulate immune activity in oncology and autoimmune research. Preclinical studies suggest that dual targeting of CD40 and 4-1BB may support tumor control and influence immune regulation in models of diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and multiple sclerosis.
