Description
DEPC-treated water is suitable for use with RNA. It is prepared by incubation with 0.1% diethyl pyrocarbonate (DEPC) and then autoclaved to remove the DEPC. Sterile filtered. No DNase, RNase, or protease activity detected. Molecular Biology Grade.
Applications:
This item is used for molecular biology assays under RNase-, DNase-, and protease-free conditions.
Storage:
Supplied as ready-to-use RNase and DNase-Free H2O, 500 mL. Shipping and store at RT.
