ROCK inhibitor

 

Functions

Rho-associated kinase inhibitor (IC50 = 1.9 µM and 10.7 µM for Rho-associated kinase II and Rho-associated kinase respectively).  Inhibits other kinases including cyclic nucleotide-dependent protein kinases. Reduces tryptamine-evoked vasopressor responses. attenuates bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis in a mouse model. Clinically useful vasodilator.

 

Application Procedures

First dissolved in DMSO (up to 75 mg/ml) or in Water (up to 100 mg/ml), then diluted to aqueous buffer. Solutions in DMSO or distilled water may be stored at -20° for up to 1 month.
